What you need to know about our services and pricing
1. Pricing and estimates
All prices listed on this website are market guidance ranges in USD and are not guaranteed quotes. Your actual cost depends on the specific problem, materials needed, time of day, day of week, location within Atlanta or its suburbs, and the complexity of the repair or installation.
We charge a service call fee (diagnostic fee) plus hourly labor. After-hours, emergency and weekend calls carry a premium rate. Parts are billed at cost plus labor. A written estimate will be provided on site before we begin any non-emergency work.
Service call fees and labor rates may change without notice. Confirm current pricing by calling (833) 640-0288 or emailing [email protected] before scheduling.
2. No guarantee of price or completion date
We cannot guarantee the final price of a repair or installation until we inspect the problem in person. Hidden issues (such as corroded pipes inside walls, buried sewer damage, or structural complications) may require additional work and cost.
We make reasonable efforts to complete work on the day of the appointment, but water main breaks, equipment delays, permit holds, or unforeseen structural damage may require a return visit or delay. We will notify you as soon as we identify delays.
For emergency services, we aim to arrive within 60 Minutes of your call during business hours and after-hours emergencies. Arrival time depends on current call volume and your location.
3. Licensing and permits
All plumbing work performed by Anytime Plumbing Atlanta is carried out by plumbers licensed by the Georgia Plumbing Contractors State Board. You may verify a plumber's license at the state board website or by asking for the license number on the day of service.
Most plumbing installations and repairs—including water heater installation, whole-house repiping, sewer line work, and gas line installation—require a permit from the city or county building department in the Atlanta area. Unpermitted work can void your home insurance claim, complicate a future sale, and may result in fines.
Anytime Plumbing Atlanta is responsible for pulling permits where required by code. If you request work without a permit, you assume all liability for code violations, insurance denial, and legal consequences. Confirm current permit requirements with your local building department.
4. Warranties and guarantees
This covers defects in labor only, not damage caused by misuse, negligence, natural disaster, or third-party interference.
Parts carry the manufacturer's warranty only. We do not extend or modify any manufacturer's warranty. You must register parts (such as water heaters or fixtures) with the manufacturer to activate extended warranty terms where available.
Warranty claims must be reported in writing to [email protected] within 30 days of the defect discovery. We will inspect the work at our discretion and repair or replace defective workmanship at no cost if the claim is valid.
5. Liability and property damage
Anytime Plumbing Atlanta carries general liability insurance and workers' compensation insurance. However, we are not liable for damage to your property that existed before the appointment, damage caused by conditions you did not disclose, or damage resulting from failure to follow our post-service instructions.
If water damage or other property damage occurs during our work due to our negligence, you must report it in writing within 7 days. We will work with our insurance carrier to assess the claim. Your homeowner's insurance may cover damage as well.
You are responsible for protecting your belongings and making us aware of valuable items in the work area. We will use reasonable care, but we cannot be held liable for items left in open spaces or work zones.
6. Service limitations
Anytime Plumbing Atlanta provides plumbing services only. We do not perform HVAC, electrical, gas utility work (outside our licensed scope), structural repair, mold remediation, or water damage restoration. We will recommend licensed specialists if additional trades are needed.
We do not assume liability for pre-existing code violations, unpermitted work, or plumbing installed by other contractors. Our inspection and repair are limited to the specific problem area you request unless we discover a safety hazard requiring immediate attention.
Commercial work is performed under a separate scope and agreement. Commercial clients must sign a service agreement before work begins.

8. Rebates and incentives
Utility rebates for ENERGY STAR heat pump water heaters and WaterSense toilets and fixtures are available from some water utilities in Georgia, typically $50–$150 per qualifying fixture. Amounts and eligibility vary by utility.
To find current rebates in your area, check the ENERGY STAR Rebate Finder or the EPA WaterSense Rebate Finder, or contact your local water utility directly. Federal tax credits for equipment may be available but eligibility changes yearly—confirm with a tax professional before relying on any federal incentive.
We can help you identify ENERGY STAR and WaterSense products and provide documentation needed for rebate applications, but we cannot guarantee rebate approval or amounts.
9. Limitation of liability
Anytime Plumbing Atlanta's total liability for any claim arising from our work shall not exceed the total amount you paid for the service in question. This limit applies whether the claim is for breach of contract, negligence, or any other legal theory.
In no event shall Anytime Plumbing Atlanta be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of use, loss of business, or personal injury claims, unless such liability is required by Georgia law.

12. Emergency service calls
Emergency plumbing calls (burst pipes, sewer backups, failed water heaters, gas leaks) are responded to within 60 Minutes during business hours and after-hours emergencies. On nights, weekends, and holidays, after-hours rates apply.
We will isolate and shut off the water or gas to prevent further damage, make the leak safe, and provide a written repair estimate. If you choose not to proceed with repairs, you are responsible for any additional damage caused by the open leak.
For gas leaks or concerns about gas safety, call 911 or your gas utility's emergency line immediately. Do not use electrical switches or ignite flames. Evacuate if you smell gas.
13. Homeowner responsibilities
As a homeowner, you are responsible for providing safe access to the work area, clearing the zone of obstacles, and disclosing any hazards (asbestos, mold, vermin, structural damage) that may affect our safety or work quality.
You must inform us of any pre-existing plumbing problems, previous repairs, or known pipe locations before we begin work. Failure to disclose known hazards may result in additional costs or safety delays.
After we complete the work, you are responsible for testing fixtures, monitoring your water pressure and bill for leaks, and reporting any issues within the warranty period.
